About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented QA professional to build and own the quality assurance function end-to-end. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Product, GTM, and Engineering teams to shape robust testing practices as the product scales. The role requires hands-on testing, process ownership, and smart automation ideal for someone who enjoys driving impact from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system, regression, and end-to-end testing in a dedicated QA environment
• Design, document, and maintain structured test cases with full traceability
• Execute positive and negative test scenarios to ensure complete coverage
• Perform backend testing and validate data integrity using SQL queries across relational and non-relational databases
• Conduct smoke and SEV-1 checks in production environments
• Automate stable workflows using tools like

• Collaborate with Product & GTM teams to align test scenarios with real business use cases
• Mentor junior testers and strengthen the overall QA discipline within the team
  

What You Bring

• 37 years of strong manual and automation testing experience
• Proven expertise in designing structured, comprehensive test cases and documentation
• Ability to write SQL queries to support backend testing and root cause analysis
• Excellent written communication and structured documentation skills
• Familiarity with multi-environment pipelines (Dev ? QA ? Non-Prod ? Prod)
• Experience in
