Senior Quality Analyst

As a Senior Quality Analyst at Primotech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products by implementing structured testing practices. Your responsibilities will include: - **QA Process Management:** - Apply comprehensive knowledge of SDLC and STLC to establish efficient testing practices. - **Manual Testing & Test Documentation:** - Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and scenarios. - Conduct various types of testing and ensure thorough documentation. - **Defect Tracking & Management:** - Identify, report, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or HP ALM. - Collaborate with development teams for timely issue resolution. - **Client & Stakeholder Communication:** - Act as the primary QA contact for international clients, ensuring transparent communication. - **Team Coordination & Mentorship:** - Lead QA activities within the team and provide guidance to junior members. - **Large Data & File Validation:** - Validate large datasets and file-based inputs/outputs for accuracy and completeness. - **ERP & CRM Testing:** - Execute test cases on ERP and CRM platforms to verify data accuracy and system integrations. - **Automation Testing Support:** - Contribute to the development and execution of automated test scripts. - **User Acceptance Testing (UAT):** - Define and execute UAT scenarios to ensure solutions meet business expectations. - **Process Improvement:** - Identify enhancements to QA processes and contribute to continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3-6 years of experience as a QA Analyst in software development projects. - Strong manual testing expertise with proficiency in test case design and defect management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. - Proficiency in defect management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or HP ALM. - Strong team player with leadership and mentoring skills.
