Senior Quality Analyst

As a Senior Quality Analyst/Lead at our company, you will be a valuable member of our dynamic team, utilizing your expertise in both manual and automation testing. Your strong communication skills and proven experience in leading QA teams will be essential in ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 Quality Analysts - Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues - Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies - Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation) - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.) - Ability to manage and mentor a diverse team, including trainees - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities If you're passionate about software testing and ready to take your career to the next level, we would love to hear from you!,
