Senior QMS

Job Title: QMS Executive

Reports to: Quality Manager/Head

Location: B - 6, Block B, Sector 88, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior QMS Executive to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management, documentation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation Management:

- Maintain and update QMS documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.

- Ensure document control and version management.

2. Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality and efficiency.

3. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485).

- Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits.

4. Training and Support:

- Provide training on QMS procedures and policies.

- Support employees in understanding and adhering to quality standards.

5. Data Analysis:

- Collect and analyze quality-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Prepare reports and present findings to management.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering).

2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in quality management or a related role.

3. Skills:

- Strong understanding of QMS principles and standards.

- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
