Job Description

Qualifications andExperience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science,Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a QA Lead orSenior QA Engineer with at least 10 years in software testing
Hands-on experience with regressiontesting, automation testing, and release management
Strong proficiency in test automationtools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit)
Solid understanding of softwaredevelopment lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS,Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g.,Python, Shell scripting)
Experience in leading and managing ateam of QA engineers
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and managemultiple projects in a fast-paced environment
ISTQB or similar certification is aplus.
Roles andResponsibilities:
Design, Create, execute and maintain automatedtest scripts using testing frameworks.
Develop andimplement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and processes
Own and manage theend-to-end QA lifecycle for multiple projects.
Conduct thoroughregression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of softwareapplications.
Design, develop andmaintain manual and automated test cases for functional and regression testing.
Collaborate withdevelopment teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
Define and trackquality assurance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implementsolutions.
Ensure that thetesting process complies with the companys established quality standards.
Coordinate withproduct management and engineering teams to prioritize testing efforts based onproject timelines and requirements.
Provide support tothe development team throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform releasemanagement activities, including planning and executing release processes.
Communicate QAstatus, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
