This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Engineer to lead backend development, drive system design, and mentor a high-performing team. Opportunity to grow into Lead/Principal Developer roles.Develop scalable, high-performance applications using best practices.
Work with Flask/FastAPI and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/MongoDB Atlas).
Design and maintain microservice-based architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery.
Lead code reviews, testing, documentation, and CI/CD efforts.
Mentor backend engineers and uphold code quality.
Follow Agile development practices.
4+ years in full software development lifecycle
4+ years with Python and frameworks like Flask/FastAPI
Experience with MongoDB (especially MongoDB Atlas) and PyMongo
Exposure to microservices architecture
Experience with Kubernetes, GCP/AWS, Cloud Run, S3
Strong system design and debugging skills
Product-centric mindset and collaborative approach
Leadership in design or architecture efforts
