Role Overview: Senior Python Developer (Top Coder Track)

What You’ll Do

• Build, test, and optimize high-performance Python systems for AI and data pipelines
• Develop clean, modular, and production-ready backend components
• Collaborate with data, infra, and research engineering teams
• Write efficient and scalable code with a strong focus on algorithms and data structures
• Stay updated with modern Python tools, frameworks, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of professional Python experience in production
• Expert proficiency in Python & core libraries:

• Pandas, NumPy, AsyncIO, FastAPI (or similar)

• Strong rating or top percentile presence on coding platforms:

• LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, Kaggle

• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
• Strong coding fundamentals & system design skills
• Working knowledge of Machine Learning/Data Science

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems, REST APIs, or data processing pipelines
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure) & CI/CD familiarity
• Open-source contributions or developer tool-building experience
• Comfort working in fast-paced, research-driven environments
