Commitment:

• Full Availability (8 Hrs/day) and 4 hours overlap with PST time zone (i.e. b/w 8pm to 12pm IST)

As part of the Top Coder Track, youll work on high-performance systems powering large-scale AI and data pipelines, collaborating with elite AI research and infrastructure teams.

This is a pure coding role ideal for developers who excel at algorithmic problem-solving and system design and have demonstrated excellence on platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, or Kaggle.

What Youll Do:

• Design, build, and optimize high-performance Python systems for AI and large-scale data workflows.
• Write modular, clean, and production-ready Python code emphasizing scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with data, infrastructure, and research engineers to deliver reliable backend components.
• Implement efficient algorithms and data structures for real-world performance challenges.
• Continuously explore and adopt modern Python tools, frameworks, and performance techniques.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience writing Python in production environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and core libraries — Pandas, NumPy, AsyncIO, FastAPI, or similar.
• Proven track record on competitive coding or data challenge platforms such as LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, or Kaggle.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computational problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with system design, clean architecture, and performance optimization.
• Working-level proficiency in Machine Learning / Data Science concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, or large-scale data processing pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD workflows.
• Contributions to open-source projects or developer tooling.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, research-oriented environments.
