About the Role

We’re looking for a Python Application Developer who brings first-principles thinking and depth in computer science fundamentals. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident writing clean, maintainable code and can architect scalable systems from scratch. What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade Python applications
• Work with a small, high-caliber team to define architecture and system design
• Optimize performance, handle scale, and write testable code
• Interface with internal APIs, databases, and services to build end-to-end features
• Debug deeply and solve core engineering problems

What We’re Looking For

• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Proficiency with modern Python (3.8+) and hands-on experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Experience with relational databases and ORMs
• Comfort with version control (Git), CI/CD, and writing unit/integration tests
• Ability to think clearly about trade-offs and write thoughtful code under constraints

Nice to Have

• Experience with async programming, message queues, or distributed systems
• Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
