Senior Project Manager - Weekend Support (Friday to Monday)

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager at PureSpectrum, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, specifically providing weekend support. Your main responsibility will be to ensure seamless project continuity by managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively for full-service and sample-only projects. You should possess strong problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, and the capacity to engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver quality results on time. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for urgent client requests and escalations over the weekend - Develop and maintain an understanding of client service offerings, best practices, and technology platforms - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for full-service and sample-only projects - Analyze survey, data, and sample requirements to ensure accurate and timely deliverables - Follow established best practices and processes for project delivery and provide suggestions for improvements - Provide feedback to sales on project performance and assist in improving key metrics for future projects - Take ownership of problematic situations and collaborate with team members to develop solutions - Stay updated on industry trends and developments - Build positive relationships across the organization and with clients Qualifications Required: - Graduation or Postgraduation from a recognized University - 6+ years of experience in Market Research, with a focus on sampling and DIY platforms - Experience in executing full-service and sample-only projects - Ability to work a Friday-to-Monday schedule, including holidays and willingness to work in shifts - Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities - Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Windows, Office tools, and any text editor - Experience in advanced excel formulas and automations is a plus - Passion for curiosity, continuous learning, and fostering positive relationships Additional Details of the Company: PureSpectrum is a rapidly growing market research and insights platform that simplifies technology for researchers to gather and use consumer data without disruption.
