Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing project budgets, leading project meetings, and ensuring project delivery. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring project managers and project teams.

• Expeditor and Expediting skills with experience in managing project timelines and meeting deadlines

Very good technical knowledge and problem solving skill

• Project Management skills with experience in overseeing budgets and leading teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Inspection skills with experience in quality control and safety compliance
• Logistics Management skills with experience in managing supplies, transportation, and procurement for project delivery
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• PMP or other project management certification is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy industry
