Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continued business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Developing creative solutions to challenges that arise during work and travel.
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, marketing or related field plus MBA
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Being able to adjust to unexpected situations and changes in plans
  • Interested in exploring and travelling.
  • Being able to step outside of your comfort zone and face challenges with confidence.
