As a Senior Project Manager at BlueBriX, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact software projects, especially in the HealthTech space. You will be responsible for overseeing project leadership and execution, client and stakeholder communication, risk and change management, quality delivery, and people and team management. You will be responsible for translating the product vision into actionable project roadmaps, defining scope, timeline, milestones, and resource requirements. Your role will also involve coordinating cross-team dependencies, owning project budget and delivery metrics, and driving performance through measurable KPIs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Translating product vision into actionable project roadmaps - Defining scope, timeline, milestones, and resource requirements - Coordinating cross-team dependencies and vendor deliverables - Owning project budget, effort estimation, and delivery metrics - Proactively tracking progress, surfacing blockers, and resolving risks before they escalate - Acting as the strategic bridge between internal teams and clients - Maintaining transparency and trust with regular updates, demos, and reviews - Identifying risks early and putting mitigation plans in motion - Ensuring adherence to high quality and compliance standards - Leading and energizing project teams with clarity and purpose - Mentoring, supporting, and growing junior team members Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 10+ years managing software projects, preferably in product-based companies - Experience in Healthcare tech (EHR, EMR, RCM) is a big plus - PMP or equivalent certification is preferred - Mastery of Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall models - Fluent in tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Gantt charts - Strong leadership and communication skills - Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities BlueBriX is a HealthTech product company dedicated to building intelligent, scalable systems for real-world care delivery.
