Senior Project Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Cost Optimization & Budget Management

• Drive cost reduction initiatives through standardization and effective negotiation with vendors.
  
• Identify and implement cost-saving projects, including the adoption of power-saving technologies and practices.
  
• Monitor and control repair and maintenance expenditures through strategic planning.
  

Asset & Inventory Management

• Ensure timely procurement and availability of assets, consumables, and services with optimal cost and quality.
  
• Promote reuse and repair methodologies to enhance asset lifecycle and reduce overall procurement costs.
  

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

• Maintain effective communication and coordination with vendors, internal teams, and operational stakeholders.
  
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  

Facility Operations & Soft Services

• Ensure comprehensive pest-proofing measures across all facilities in line with HSE recommendations.
  
• Oversee and maintain daily soft services operations including housekeeping, cafeteria, and scrap disposal.
  
• Maintain and submit accurate monthly records of all soft service activities.
  

Compliance & Audit Readiness

• Conduct regular audits and proactive monitoring of project-related activities.
  
• Identify operational gaps and implement timely corrective actions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  

Technical Operations & Maintenance

• Ensure effective preventive maintenance of all critical assets to guarantee 100% operational availability.
  
• Demonstrate sound technical knowledge to address maintenance challenges promptly and efficiently.
  

Team Management

• Lead and manage a team across multiple regional stores, ensuring clarity of objectives and performance.
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in project management, facility operations, and cost optimization.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of preventive maintenance and asset management.
  
• Proficient in computer systems and maintenance tools.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Graduation in Electrical is mandatory with Completion certificate ( Convocation )
