Senior Project Manager

As a highly motivated Senior Project Manager (Techno-Managerial) at our company, you will be responsible for managing multiple new projects, including key strategic initiatives such as the Workflow modernisation programme. Your role will involve devising strategic and tactical solutions in line with the company's drivers for quick deliveries and long-term high-quality supportable applications. You will create high performing project teams and form excellent working relationships with senior customer representatives and across multiple business and System teams. Key Responsibilities: - Have 14 - 17 years of industry experience across the complete life cycle of systems projects, having worked on various projects as a Project Manager earlier - Demonstrate strong Project Management experience - Manage the delivery of end-to-end client-based and/or database/reporting projects - Experience with managing J2EE based projects is desirable - Show proven track records for delivery of development and implementation projects, preferably within a software house environment - Manage 3rd party suppliers and multi-team complex projects with full budgetary and delivery responsibilities - Utilize extensive knowledge and experience of project management & software development methodologies - Have an understanding of emerging technologies - Be self-motivated, flexible, with a can-do attitude - Demonstrate excellent communication/presentation interpersonal skills to present to/liaise with all levels of stakeholders - Excel at working well in a matrix-based and geographically-dispersed organization with experience of leading geographically & culturally diverse teams - Pick up knowledge of the client's business, new technology areas, new processes/methodologies, and apply these changes in the day-to-day working of the systems organization, ideally with knowledge of the Mutual Fund industry and Workflow application - Experience of delivering end-to-end projects in Pensions would be a distinct advantage Qualifications Required: - Industry: IT/Computers-Software - Role: Senior Project Manager - Key Skills: PMP, Project Manager, ITIL, Java, J2EE, Agile, Banking, Financial Services, Vendor Management, Workflow Application, Mutual Fund - Education: B.E/B.Tech If you are interested in this challenging opportunity, please send your resume to jobs@augustainfotech.com.,
