Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage large-scale construction projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Prepare detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project timeline and cost.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress against plan and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience in civil engineering or related field with expertise in industrial construction projects.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred.
Strong understanding of civil, structural, electrical, and MEP works; knowledge of HSE standards on site an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
