Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Executive located in Jamnagar. The Senior Project Executive will oversee and manage project deliverables, ensure timelines are met, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of real estate projects. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, preparing reports, resource allocation, and managing communication between the team and higher management. The individual will also be responsible for identifying risks and troubleshooting project challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and delivering projects on time.
Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
Technical knowledge in real estate development and construction practices.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and develop solutions effectively.
Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software is a plus.
Experience in managing large-scale on-site projects in the real estate or construction sector is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
