This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 5 years Location: Ahmedabad JobType: full-time We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programmer to join our growing team in Ahmedabad . This role involves end-to-end development and maintenance of software solutions, ranging from lightweight scripts to robust internal applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming expertise and familiarity with modern AI tools , along with the ability to lead and deliver on critical internal projects. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions across a range of complexities—from automation scripts to enterprise-level applications. Leverage AI technologies to enhance functionality, performance, and automation in software projects. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Lead and manage internal software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Provide ongoing technical support, documentation, and occasional training for internal users and team members. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, and JavaScript. Experience working with or implementing Generative AI or other AI-based tools in development workflows. Strong project management, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati is a plus.
