Communication with stakeholders and Project management Working Hours 10 AM IST to 7 PM IST Location- Noida 25A What you'll Do • Establish and govern project management frameworks, ensuring ATLAS operates with clear milestones, deliverables, and accountability across global regions • Drive stakeholder alignment by facilitating structured governance reviews, preparing decision-ready materials, and escalating risks with recommended solutions • Own the cadence of global reporting (dashboards, scorecards, executive summaries), ensuring transparency of progress, pipeline health, and business outcomes • Partner with cross-functional teams to synchronize pipelines and requirements, eliminate blockers, and scale best practices• Develop and maintain program documentation, playbooks to ensure consistency and repeatability of execution • Anticipate risks, proactively design mitigation strategies, and track issues through to resolution with minimal disruption to the pipeline flow • Introduce innovation and process improvements (automation, tooling, metrics design) that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of ATLAS execution • Support change management by evangelizing the vision of ATLAS, ensuring adoption across regions, and enabling consultants with training and assets • Serve as a trusted partner to LA leaders by providing actionable insights, scenario analyses, and forward-looking recommendations on program impact What you need to succeed • 10 years in project management and governance within a global, matrixed organization, ideally in Sales, License Advisory, or related fields • Strong governance and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse teams • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to turn complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations • Proficiency with project management tools and reporting/dashboards (Excel, Power BI) • Experience designing and running governance frameworks, business reviews, and executive-level reporting • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills—able to simplify complex narratives for executives and evangelize programs globally • Demonstrated ability to identify gaps and implement process improvements, introducing automation and scalable best practices where possible • Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized with a bias for execution and outcomes
