• Drive the development and implementation of IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the organizations IT infrastructure including data center operations, AWS Cloud scalability, and enterprise-level network management.
• Ensure high system availability, performance, and robust cybersecurity controls.
• Monitor published security vulnerabilities, virus threats, and apply mitigations proactively.
• Manage end-to-end SAP ERP system operations including Finance, HCM, Procurement, and Inventory modules.
• Ensure effective integration of SAP with other internal applications and business processes.
• Oversee SAP customization, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect sensitive data and meet compliance standards.
• Lead implementation of security protocols, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT professionals, ERP consultants, and transformation teams.
• Collaborate with department heads, senior leadership, and external vendors to align IT initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Manage IT budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 12 - 15 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and SAP ERP implementation.
• Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing industry environments is highly desirable.
• Track record of successfully leading cross-functional, large-scale IT projects.
