Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee and manage the full production cycle of one pack and super one pack stabilizers.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Collaborate with R&D and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and manage troubleshooting of technical production issues.
Maintain documentation and reports related to production metrics, process consistency, and regulatory compliance.
Mentor and guide junior production staff in specialized stabilizer production techniques.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 9+ years of experience in production of one pack and super one pack stabilizers for PVC and CPVC products.
Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes related to stabilizers.
Experience with process optimization and quality control in a chemical production environment.
Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance in chemical production.
Technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
