Description

The Senior Production Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, optimizing resources, and ensuring that production meets customer demand. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in production planning and a strong analytical background.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources.
Collaborate with various departments including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Adjust production schedules based on changes in demand, inventory levels, and other factors.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on production performance and planning efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in production planning or a related field.
Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory management principles.
Proficient in using ERP software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
