Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

Respond to complex technical queries related to product functionality and defect resolution.
Collaborate closely with backend teams to ensure comprehensive issue resolution.
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Maintain detailed logs of all actions taken for each customer ticket.
Adhere strictly to defined processes to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards.
Escalate issues thoughtfully when needed, using detailed research and solution-focused thinking.
Deliver excellence in customer interactions always aiming to exceed expectations.

Customer Retention:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to maintain long-term engagement with Practo.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in handling
calls and emails
Excellent command over
English (written + verbal)
Fluent in
Hindi
and at least
one additional regional language
Strong logical reasoning, ownership mindset, and willingness to go the extra mile
Ability to multitask and work with internal teams to ensure seamless support
Bachelordegree (mandatory)
Comfortable with rotational shifts and working from the office, 6 days a week
