Senior Product Owner

As a Product Owner with over 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in defining and prioritizing product features to deliver value to customers and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing the product backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to balance competing priorities. You will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will own and manage your scrum team's backlog, collaborate with the Product Management team to refine and prioritize the backlog, and write clear and actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria. In terms of stakeholder collaboration, you will gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, users, and market trends to inform product decisions. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the product meets user needs and delivers business value. Regular engagement with stakeholders will be essential to align on priorities, timelines, and feedback. During sprint planning and delivery, you will collaborate with Scrum Masters and Agile teams, provide clarity on feature requirements, and review and accept completed work to ensure it meets quality and business expectations. You will also use data and feedback to evaluate product performance and guide iteration, continuously refining processes and approaches to improve product delivery and team effectiveness. The required skills and qualifications for this role include proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile software team role, strong knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment and certifications such as CSPO are preferred.
