Job Description

Define Product Vision & Strategy: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product(s) in the services accelerator portfolio. This includes conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and identifying key opportunities.
Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize a detailed product backlog, ensuring the team is always working on the most valuable features.
Lead the Product Team: Work daily with a cross-functional team of engineers, architects, and designers, serving as the primary liaison between them and key stakeholders. Youll clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure the team is aligned with the product vision.
Go-to-Market Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and our professional services teams to ensure successful launches and adoption of new accelerators. Youll help develop sales enablement materials, product documentation, and client-facing presentations.
Measure & Iterate: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your products. Use data-driven insights to inform your product decisions and plan future iterations.

Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar leadership role, with a demonstrated history of successfully leading critical product development lifecycles in a B2B or professional services environment.
Cloud Knowledge: Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure). A background in cloud consulting or architecture is a significant plus.
Agile Expertise: Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a deep understanding of backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation.
Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. You can break down complex problems into manageable, actionable user stories and tasks.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a self-starter who is passionate about building new products from the ground up and comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with innovation.
Willingness to work in a hybrid (office and remote) environment in Bengaluru or Pune.
A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related or equivalent work experience required.
