Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in owning the product vision, strategy, and execution of our HR-focused solutions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Owning and driving the strategic product roadmap by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. - Developing and implementing product processes and systems for effective performance management and reporting. - Partnering with customers and stakeholders to understand both explicit and latent needs in the HR administration space. - Collaborating with high-performing engineering teams to ensure scalable, quality software delivery. - Establishing, monitoring, and measuring success metrics after launch by integrating behavior data and customer feedback. - Making strategic decisions across multiple domains, from insurance contracts to user experience, to ensure efficient team progress. - Authoring and reviewing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for complex features. - Leading and mentoring a team of product managers, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation within the HR Experience pod. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: - 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of success. - Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive product strategy and execute on complex roadmaps. - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. - Strong analytical skills, including experience in testing product hypotheses and generating insights. - Deep understanding of user experience principles and leveraging technology to create intuitive solutions.
