Responsibilities: Responsible for demand research, propose solutions, collect, analyze, sort out and keep track of demands; Assisted the project manager to control the overall scope of project requirements; Sorted out business function flow chart and designed system function according to user requirements; Responsible for the preparation of business analysis documents, requirements specifications and functional specifications; Able to explain requirements to architecture, development, testing and art designers to ensure that requirements are correctly understood; Verification, optimization and upgrade of the system after implementation and relevant feedback. Requirements: Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in insurance, actuarial science, computer science background is preferred At least 5 years insurance industry working experience background is preferred Proficient in insurance core business, with business analysis and project management experience is preferred Good communication, summary and coordination skills Have a high sense of responsibility, positive and optimistic, team spirit Fluent in spoken English
