Responsibilities: Responsible for demand research, propose solutions, collect, analyze, sort out and keep track of demands; Assisted the project manager to control the overall scope of project requirements; Sorted out business function flow chart and designed system function according to user requirements; Responsible for the preparation of business analysis documents, requirements specifications and functional specifications; Able to explain requirements to architecture, development, testing and art designers to ensure that requirements are correctly understood; Verification, optimization and upgrade of the system after implementation and relevant feedback. Requirements: Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in insurance, actuarial science, computer science background is preferred At least 5 years insurance industry working experience background is preferred Proficient in insurance core business, with business analysis and project management experience is preferred Good communication, summary and coordination skills Have a high sense of responsibility, positive and optimistic, team spirit Fluent in spoken English

Based on project scope and plans, lead the team independently to deliver large-scale system projects, covering requirement management, product development, and environment operation & maintenance. Maintain effective communication with clients and collaborators to enhance client satisfaction. Provide strong leadership to teams including requirement analysis, architecture, development, and operation & maintenance; foster a collaborative team culture and proactively identify and resolve issues. Optimize resource allocation and control project costs to ensure efficient use of resources. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; at least 5 years of work experience in software and internet-related fields, with no less than 3 years in project management. Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and R&D processes. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; strong team spirit and rich experience in team building. High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure. Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred. Business-level proficiency in English communication.
