Job Description

As a dynamic and strategic Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to launch and continuous improvement. You should possess a strong mix of business acumen, user empathy, and technical understanding to translate customer needs and market opportunities into innovative product solutions that drive growth and deliver exceptional user experiences. - Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. - Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer insights, market trends, and business requirements to shape product direction. - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, features, and prototypes for development teams. - Drive go-to-market planning, including positioning, pricing, and launch strategies. - Continuously track product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to identify areas for improvement. - Balance short-term priorities with long-term innovation to maximize product value and user satisfaction. - Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for user needs in every stage of product development. - Monitor competitors and emerging technologies to keep the product competitive and differentiated. - Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
