Senior Product Manager- Ecommerce

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of core product capabilities that strengthen our ecommerce platform and elevate the end-to-end customer journey. This role will be pivotal in solving real customer problems at scale and driving measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, Commercial, Growth and Operations to build innovative, intuitive, data-led digital experiences.

Product Vision & Strategy

Define product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals, growth priorities and customer experience improvements.Identify innovation opportunities and white spaces to differentiate 6thStreet in the regional ecommerce market.Product DevelopmentLead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, user research, requirement definition, PRD, delivery and iteration.Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality features with velocity and excellence.Data-Driven Decision-MakingCustomer Insights & AnalyticsUse customer feedback, funnel analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate decisions and drive prioritization.Own product KPIs, measure impact and continuously optimize based on performance insights.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Business, Commercial, Growth, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service to ensure successful adoption and scaling of product launches.Influence stakeholders and drive clarity in decision-making through structured product narratives.LeadershipMentor and develop junior product managers to build a strong product culture within the organization.Champion a customer-first, ownership-driven, experimentation cultureQualificationsExperience & Qualifications: -MBA (Tier I or Tier II college prefered)4 to 6 years of experience in Product Management (ecommerce / marketplace experience strongly preferred).Proven success building scalable products that drive business impact and customer value.Expertise in Agile methodologies, product discovery frameworks, and backlog management.Hands-on with product & analytics tools (Jira, GA4, Mix panel, Amplitude, Looker etc.).Strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization skills.Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
