Senior Product Manager - Digital Lending/FinTech

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Consumer Lending and Fintech Product Strategies.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial technology, excellent analytical skills, and a track record of bringing successful products and features to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for financial products, including customer account management solutions, operations and collections platforms, 3rd party integration of tools and services, etc.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, collections and operations) to deliver high-quality products on time and with quality.
• Develop product roadmaps, specifications, and requirements to guide the product development process.
• Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
• Integrate AI and cutting-edge Technology in your work to contribute in making the Product Group more efficient.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on product development and launch plans.
• Lead product launches, ensuring clear communication of product benefits and features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a Tier1 institute; MBA would be a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or relevant roles in a digital, FinTech, lending sector.
• Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory environments, and industry trends.
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and BI & analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau). Hands on SQL knowledge would be a plus.
