Senior Product Manager (Business Analytics, Data Analytics)

Job Description

Role Coordinate across cross-functional teams for product sales, usage and continuous product enhancement Play a key role in rolling out new analytic products and solutions to drive Smarter Decisions and Better Outcomes for our customers Defines business and technical requirements, and partner with Engineering , Design and Program management teams to support existing product enhancements and new product launches Prioritize development efforts as they align against business strategy Establish and drive product management disciplines across the product lifecycle, e.g., Studio framework, Agile development and product quality, ensuring product readiness across Technology, Delivery, Product and GTM perspectives Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals across geographies Drive institutionalized knowledge through the use of consistent documentation (e.g., support documents) across all processes to support knowledge management and ensure consistency and repeatability across projects All About You 4 - 5 years of Agile product management experience in analytical products and business intelligence solutions would be preferred Analytical, solutions-oriented skillset with the ability to drive execution and push deliverables forward Desire to grow your strategic mind set to solve complex and ambiguous problem Strong communication influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, with ability to clearly articulate problem statements and opportunity areas Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop product and engineering talent An excellent team player with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with individuals of diverse skills and capabilities, fostering a positive environment that encourages collective growth and development Has skills to develop and evangelize product lifecycle management ways of working, processes, and tools
