Senior Product Manager

- Senior Product Manager is one of the critical roles at 91Trucks to create integrated digital experiences that attract, inspire, engage, and convert prospective customers. In simple words, you'll be the product manager for the website.

- This role requires a high level of collaboration with the product, design, content, sales and marketing teams to plan and deliver seamless web experiences across the customer journey across English and multilingual websites. An ideal candidate has the right technical acumen, data-driven mindset to lead with the user-centric approach, and caliber to build and scale the team from scratch.

- Reporting to the Co-founders, you'll oversee our website roadmap and lead the transformation of our web technology stack and user experience.

- Drive our web roadmap by working closely with cross-functional partners to develop features and strategies that address stakeholder needs and business goals.

- Build and develop a team of hard-working developers and business analysts, provide mentorship, and champion their career growth.

- Responsible for the overall sprint planning, execution, and success of complex web projects in collaboration with the UX design, marketing, and development teams.

- Own IA/UX improvements; Assess current and future requirements and develop an information architecture that makes our content more accessible and the website experience more engaging.

- Analyze and monitor page performance and user behavior across site landing pages, generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies, and uncover areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience.

- Create an ongoing experimentation roadmap and co-own conversion rate optimization and search engine optimization (SEO) that drives organic growth strategy aligned to different audience cohorts.

- Maintain operational and communication cadence with business stakeholders and cross-functional partners to set, align, and reinforce expectations and solicit feedback.

Coordinate with Technology Team - Engineering and QA leads to ensure features are being built according to specifications.

Required Skills:

- 3-5 years experience leading integrated web strategy and complex web programs at an online marketplace, or consumer brand.

- Comfortable using data and insights to form strategies and have hands-on experience with web tools including CMS, A/B testing tools, site analytics (Google Analytics) and Google webmaster/ search console.

- Specific experience leading digital technology projects involving web content management systems, digital assessment management systems, translation automation, personalization, chat integration, or enterprise website redesigns ; not mandatory but good to have.

- Exceptional management skills to orchestrate projects across diverse stakeholders: communication, leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing

- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution.

- Ability to adapt and thrive within the fast pace and ambiguity of a growth organization
