Senior Product Development Engineer

As a Product Development Senior Engineer in the New Product Development department at Turkabad Kharadi, Chh. Sambhajinagar, your role will involve leading end-to-end development activities, ensuring timely product delivery, and contributing to technical innovation and vendor coordination for the companys expanding portfolio of new projects. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and manage New Product Development (NPD) activities according to project timelines. - Support APQP, PPAP, and other product development processes. - Coordinate with vendors for development and technical discussions. - Perform detailed technical analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis. - Utilize design software (CAD) for modeling and technical documentation. - Manage and monitor product lifecycle from design to production. - Lead heavy fabrication projects with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery. - Collaborate across departments for smooth execution of product development goals. - Demonstrate multiskilling and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills: - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.). - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Hands-on experience with APQP and PPAP processes. - Expertise in vendor development and coordination. - Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM). - Effective communication and project management skills. - Experience in handling heavy fabrication projects, preferably in the construction equipment manufacturing industry.
