Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer with expertise in Web and Mobile applications, as well as Motion and 3D Graphics for a long-term Dubai-based client engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karnal.

The selected candidate lead end-to-end design across web and mobile, create high-fidelity interfaces, build design systems, and bring products to life through motion graphics and 3D interactions. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams, rapid prototyping, and crafting visually rich, user-centred experiences that meet business goals in Fintech space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in

  Product Design / UI-UX

  for Web and Mobile
• Strong proficiency in

  Figma

  and

  Adobe Suite

• Hands-on experience in

  Motion Graphics

  and

  3D visual design/rendering

• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive flows
• Understanding of

  design systems

  , platform-specific guidelines (iOS HIG, Material Design), and responsive interfaces
• Familiarity with modern web stacks (

  React, Tailwind, Webflow

  )
• Experience in UX research, usability testing, and data-informed iteration
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with engineering and product teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
