Senior Product Designer – Learner Platform

Location : Bangalore

We’re hiring a

Senior Product Designer

with 5–7 years of experience to take the lead on designing key parts of our learner-facing platform. In this role, you’ll work on discovery, course progress, and engagement flows—helping make online learning more intuitive, accessible, and rewarding.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design of features across mobile and web platforms.
  • Work on flows such as course discovery, learner dashboards, content access, and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Set a high standard for visual quality, consistency, and usability.
  • Contribute to and improve our design system, ensuring reusability and clarity.
  • Mentor mid-level designers and support design reviews and feedback sessions.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2C product design, ideally in fast-paced environments.
  • A portfolio that shows strong visual design, problem-solving, and end-to-end project thinking.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Figma and proficiency in responsive/mobile-first design.
  • Comfort working with data, research insights, and cross-functional feedback loops.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or content-based platforms is a plus.
