Role Overview: As a Senior Product Associate in the Consumer and Community Banks Digital Communications team at one of the world's most innovative financial organizations, you will be utilizing your expertise in product development and optimization. Your main responsibilities will involve leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of products and drive ongoing success. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on user research and market needs. - Consider the implications of new product features on the overall product experience and support the strategic product roadmap through the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis. - Analyze and evaluate product metrics to ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle. - Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development. Qualifications Required: - At least 7 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area. - Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle and experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition. - Comfort with industry standard technology platforms. - Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, engage in technical discussions, and apply platform thinking to solve business problems efficiently.
