Role Summary

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Product & Growth Strategist to drive the strategy, development, and scaling of our cutting-edge digital lending platform at JMJ Fintech Ltd. This pivotal role requires proven experience building and scaling digital-first solutions across the banking, fintech, and consumer technology sectors. The successful candidate will be a visionary product leader with a track record of delivering substantial measurable business impact

• Experience: Approximately 2-3 years of experience in product management, growth leadership, or a related role within Fintech, Banking, or Consumer Tech.
• Domain Expertise: Deep practical expertise in digital lending, financial services, or related financial products, ideally within the Indian regulatory environment.
• Product Success: Proven success in building and scaling complex digital-first solutions from concept to market.
• Financial Impact: Demonstrated ability to deliver significant financial results, specifically managing products that have generated substantial revenue
• Skillset: Exceptional skills in product development, agile methodologies, operational strategy, and leveraging data for execution.
• Strategic Fit: Well-suited for senior product leadership roles in high-growth environments like startups, established fintechs, or IT/banking innovators.

• Working Time - 9:30 - 5:30

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
