Senior Product Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your extensive HRMS products knowledge to work independently and guide junior team members when needed. Your proactiveness, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key in meeting work demands and ensuring key performance indicators are met. Key Responsibilities: - Provide business process analysis and system solutions for any enhancement, customization, or new functionality requests from local/regional teams - Work closely with Research and Development and Quality Assurance Teams to ensure system requirements are met - Take overall responsibility for meeting deadlines and work demands - Coach and guide junior team members as needed - Offer to take on additional responsibilities when required Qualification Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience with HRMS products - Proficiency in Functional Specification and Basic SQL - Demonstrated proactiveness, initiative, and personal accountability - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high-demand environment Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your extensive HRMS products knowledge to work independently and guide junior team members when needed.
