Roles and Responsibilities

1. Knowledge about the supply of material, service, equipment's.

2. Receiving PR from the end user-Engineering & project team

3. Analyzing the requirement, reviewing the technical aspects

4. Preparing RFQ's

5. Identifying potential vendors for the supply of materials, services, or equipment.

6. Develop and implement procurement plans that align with project goals and sched

7. Preparing Comparative statement

8. Analyse quotations, select suppliers, and recommend the best option based on co quality, and delivery schedules.

9. Negotiation with the suppliers

10. Preparing the Purchase Orders

11. Coordinate the logistics of material delivery to the project site, ensuring timely a effective transportation.
