About Job:

We are looking for a Process Quality Specialist to support the Quality Manager and the Quality Department in ensuring compliance with VeriParks Quality Management System, maintaining international standards, and conducting project quality audits across global projects.

This role is responsible for following day-to-day quality processes, supporting audits, and ensuring Agile/Hybrid project governance is consistently applied in international projects.

What you will be doing:

• Support the Quality Manager in maintaining policies and procedures in line with CMMI-DEV 2.0 ML3, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 10002 standards.
• Conduct project-level internal quality audits and follow up on action items with project teams.
• Monitor Jira boards and Agile/Hybrid project workflows, ensuring alignment with VeriParks SDLC gates (Definition of Ready/Done, RTM, defect lifecycle, test signoffs).
• Track and follow up on key project test milestones (Functional Testing, SIT, UAT) and ensure compliance with Quality Control Assessments.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and project teams to monitor risks, dependencies, and milestone progress, escalating issues to the Quality Manager.
• Join customer-facing meetings when required to support quality-related discussions, follow up on agreed actions, and document outcomes.
• Prepare and update management dashboards and project quality reports.
• Collect and analyze customer satisfaction feedback (CSI), prepare reports, and support teams in implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and dependencies; provide follow-up reports to the Quality Manager.
• Support teams by tracking findings from static code analysis tools and ensuring vulnerabilities are logged and followed up.
• Prepare and deliver basic trainings on quality management processes, project audits, and Agile/Hybrid workflows.
• Analyze quality KPIs using data visualization tools (Excel advanced, Power BI, Tableau) and present insights to management.
• Facilitate lessons learned sessions and ensure knowledge transfer into project repositories
• Assist in project-level risk assessments and follow-up of corrective/preventive actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives driven by the Quality Department.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years experience in project quality, software QA, or process auditing.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Solid understanding of project quality assurance and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile and Hybrid project methodologies; hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with project teams and customers.
• Ability to analyze project data, track quality KPIs, and prepare concise reports.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in following up actions.
• Proficiency in using collaboration platforms (Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint) for knowledge sharing.
• High command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of:

Quality Management Systems (CMMI-DEV 2.0 ML3, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 10002).

Project-level quality audits and assessments.

Jira/Agile project tracking and reporting.

Customer satisfaction (CSI) monitoring and reporting.

Risk identification and corrective action follow-up.

• Preferred / Nice to Have: Knowledge of SOC, ISAE3402, PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA compliance standards.
• Preferred / Nice to Have: Prior experience in banking/financial services regulatory projects.
• Familiarity with project management and quality tools such as SharePoint, QDMS, and Azure DevOps/Jira is highly desirable
