About the job: The Learning and Development Lead will focus on fostering learning and development within the organization, helping us to build a learning culture. By effectively coordinating the planning, scheduling, and delivery of training programs and workshops, this role supports the continuous growth and enhancement of leadership and learning capabilities. Additionally, this position is crucial in maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and ensuring the seamless integration of training into everyday operations. What you will be doing: Training Coordination Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Coordinate with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs. Manage logistics, such as arranging materials, equipment and setting up virtual sessions. Data Management and Analysis Collect and analyze training data to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs Generate reports and provide insights to support continuous improvement of training initiatives Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress. System and Process Management Oversee the administration of L&D systems, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) Ensure that all L&D processes are efficient and aligned with organizational goals Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to L&D systems and processes Stakeholder Communication Act as a point of contact for L&D-related inquiries and provide support to employees and managers Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration Provide regular updates on L&D activities and progress to Head of L&D. Address queries related to training, certifications and eligibility. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for improving L&D processes and systems Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development Contribute to the development and implementation of new L&D initiatives. Gather employee feedback on training sessions to improve future offerings. Learning Program Support Assist in the design and delivery of training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules. Update and maintain training records, including attendance and feedback. Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and accuracy. Monitor and report on training metrics and outcomes. Coordinate with internal departments to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals What we are looking for: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field At least 5 years of relevant industry experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
