Key Responsibilities

• Be customer-centric and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

• Ensure all import custom manifest service and deadline requirements are met to avoid service failures.

Who We Are Looking For

• Graduates with 2 to 3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong understanding of the end-to-end shipping cycle is an added advantage.
• Structured with a high attention to quality.
• Contributes ideas and suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit.
• Flexible to work in rotational and night shifts.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.
• Adaptable to change and able to make the best of any situation.
• Capable of cross-learning and supporting the team as needed.

Technical Skills

• Proficient with computers and MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good typing speed.
