Senior Process Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare & process customer orders with accuracy.
• Perform all the required check points before processing orders. In case of discrepancy, send email

notification to the client with all the details.

• Required to follow work instructions to execute the day-to-day tasks. Take ownership of tasks and

work efficiently within the team

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems affecting performance.
• Should be self-motivated and an individual contributor.
• Identify and report process changes, update Process documentation as appropriate for the

process.

• Meet process SLAs / metrics productivity and quality targets within the established timelines.
• Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented.
• Adhere to security practices & confidentiality set by organization.
• Must be ready to work in night shifts and on Indian holidays.

Skills Required

Knowledge of Supply Chain Management/ Warehousing/ Deliveries / Invoicing (either of these)

is mandatory.

• Good problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Good Mathematical Skills.
• Conflict resolution & decision-making skills.
• Knowledge and ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite proficiently (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Prior work experience of ERP/EDI order entry would be an added advantage.
