Senior Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and overseeing process engineering activities for [biogas / renewable energy / chemical / manufacturing adapt as needed] projects. The role demands strong technical expertise, project management ability, and cross-functional coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations and project execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process design and development, including PFDs, P&IDs, material and energy balances, equipment sizing, and process simulations.
  
• Provide technical expertise during feasibility studies, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  
• Optimize process performance for efficiency, safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  
• Review and approve design documents, datasheets, and vendor technical offers.
  
• Conduct HAZOP, risk assessments, and safety studies; ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Troubleshoot process issues in existing operations and propose improvement solutions.
  
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and support their professional growth.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, operations, and project management) to ensure project success.
  
• Stay updated with latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices in [renewable energy / biogas / chemical / process industries].
