Job Description

Senior Process Associate in Accounts Payable team would be responsible for accurately accounting invoices, dispute handling, addressing queries through calls/emails, train new hires and identify issues in the process. He/ She should be able to perform root cause analysis, provide solutions and interact with meetings.

Responsibilities Include:

Accurately accounting invoices for various Business Units and multiple ERP s.

Meet operational deliverables and adhere into project timelines

Train new joinees, resolve their clarifications, provide feedback on their progress in understanding process.

Analyze issues, provide new ideas to Process Lead to improve processes

Review the modifications identified by team for Desktop Operating Procedure and have them updated consistently to reflect current processes.

Flexible for the team s requirements and business needs.

Preparing and reviewing daily/weekly/monthly reporting activities

Acting as effective backup for Process Leads

Initiate internal audits for effective process management and process improvements

Participate on weekly/monthly calls with BU

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)

Bachelor s Degree in Commerce or Administration or Management, Master in Commerce, Master in Business Administration with minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)

Ability to multi-task
Hands on knowledge of Accounting package SAP/other ERP
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluent in English
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Efficient and well organized
