Senior Principal Scientist/Scientific Manager - Analytical

As an experienced candidate with 10-15 years of CRO experience, your role will involve strong knowledge and hands-on experience in LC-MS/HPLC/Prep. method development for various chemistry molecules at an analytical scale. You should be proficient in various purification techniques and have a strong understanding of different column chemistries. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, training, coaching, and mentoring a team of motivated young scientists. - Providing guidance and support across different shifts, including night shifts, to ensure the timely delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team. - Working closely with motivated scientists to foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment. - Demonstrating a passion for HPLC/Prep./LCMS/SFC analysis and characterisation techniques and being open to continuous learning. - Interacting effectively with people in other departments using your interpersonal skills. - Spotting new techniques and growth opportunities through creative thinking. - Maintaining team cohesion in a fast-paced environment by being highly organised and working both independently and collaboratively. - Adapting to various work assignments and reaching challenging targets with self-motivation. - Upholding confidentiality with a high level of integrity. - Contributing to building a culture of curiosity, energy, creativity, and bravery within the company. - Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
