Qualifications:

• Graduate Engineer with 10–12 years of experience in project engineering.
• Proven record of managing end-to-end project execution.
• Chartered Engineer certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design and construction stages of manufacturing projects.
• Supervise a small team of engineers and technicians ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Plan resources, control project costs, and track progress against agreed deadlines.
• Represent the company in client meetings and project discussions.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and maintain high engineering standards.
• Contribute to business development by building client relationships.
• Ensure adherence to QHSE policies and safety standards at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling ability.
• Knowledge of design fundamentals, manufacturing processes, and CAD/3D standards.
• Financial and resource management awareness.
• Team player with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
