About the Role

Senior Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer business needs and craft appropriate product solutions
  • Conduct requirement discovery sessions and map product capabilities to customer use cases
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and customer presentations
  • Prepare solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, technical documentation, and business case pitches
  • Lead Proof of Concept (POC) implementations and solution evaluations
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams for solution feasibility and configurations
  • Participate in customer meetings, industry workshops, and product positioning discussions
  • Provide competitor analysis and articulate product differentiation
  • Support sales closures with strong product and domain expertise

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 35 years of experience in

    Presales, Solution Engineering, or Product Consulting

  • Experience working with

    software product companies or SaaS platforms

  • Strong ability to translate customer pain points into product-based solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English; Hindi speaking skills preferred

  • Proven experience in documentation, solution proposals, and RFP responses
  • Strong understanding of software product lifecycle and customer engagement

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in

    SaaS / Enterprise Software / CRM / ERP platforms

  • Exposure to domains such as

    BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Technology

  • Understanding of

    Cloud, APIs, third-party integrations, microservices

  • Hands-on experience with tools like

    Salesforce, Visio, Lucidchart, MS Office Suite

  • Ability to design and execute

    POCs or solution prototypes
