Role Overview: Adnaut, a digital media consultancy, is seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to spearhead and expand performance marketing efforts across various platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and other PPC platforms. This role involves strategic client-facing responsibilities where you will oversee data-driven campaigns for global clients, emphasizing acquisition, retention, and ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic direction and hands-on management for campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Bing, and other paid search platforms. - Setup, oversee, and optimize campaigns with a focus on performance, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, deliver insightful reports, and identify areas for improvement. - Lead A/B testing initiatives to enhance creative elements, copy, bidding strategies, and landing page performance. - Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance strategies, including analytics, programmatic, data science, sales, and tech. - Scale campaigns for international markets such as the UK, US, and other regions. - Develop and implement full-funnel strategies encompassing acquisition, retention, win-back, and churn-prevention campaigns. - Contribute to the enhancement of processes, automation, and internal products to boost client performance. - Train and supervise junior PPC specialists or team members as necessary. - Establish and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for campaign operations, Quality Assurance (QA), and reporting. - Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations and performance reviews. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Microsoft Bing campaigns. - Proficient in handling international PPC campaigns across various markets. - Strong leadership and management skills to mentor the team and uphold performance standards. - Exceptional storytelling and client-facing presentation abilities to convey performance insights and strategies effectively. - Thorough understanding of keyword strategy, audience targeting, pixel-based tracking, and conversion funnels. - Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and tag management. - Proven track record in developing and expanding performance-driven media strategies. - Hands-on expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and brand campaigns. - Ability to create and interpret data dashboards and attribution models. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign performance reporting. - Detail-oriented approach with excellent communication, writing, and editing skills. - Willingness to adapt to new tools and methodologies. - Experience in automation, feed management, or PPC-focused tech tools is advantageous.
