📍 Location: Mohali (Onsite – Phase 8b)

💼 Employment Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday

💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Senior Performance Marketer

• Plan, launch & optimize performance campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Track performance, analyze data & prepare actionable reports
• Drive ROI/ROAS through effective strategies
• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for client communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with client goals
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends & best practices

• 3–5 years of

  hands-on experience

  in Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent client communication & presentation abilities
• Proven record of achieving performance KPIs
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications
• Prior

  agency experience

  across multiple industries
• Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, or other digital channels

• Work with diverse clients across industries
• 5-day work week ensuring work-life balance
